Can you spot the differences?

In newspapers you often find little cartoon pictures that look the same at first glance, but a closer examination always reveals the minor differences. I thought it might be fun to do the same thing, but in real life. So, although the pictures may appear to be the same, there are some SLIGHT differences. If you are really clever, you should be able to spot all the differences. How many do you think there are? (Gord, camera angle and lighting are not the differences that I mean!)
